Cypress Creek Country Club in Boynton Beach offers classic Florida golf. The course is mostly open and it features wide, player-friendly fairways. The layout is notable for being Robert Von Hagge's first design. It is a traditional layout that casual players will enjoy but it has challenges in store for the low handicapper as well. The par 3s are quite lengthy and there are water hazards coming into play on a few holes. There are also a number of strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Five sets of tees make the course approachable for all skill levels. It is an excellent layout for tournaments or outings. In addition to the golf course, Cypress Creek also offers a driving range where golfers can get in some practice before starting the round.

That golf course is a good challenge
I like to play that golf course.The greens were in good condition and the fairways too.Watch for water on a few holes.

Cypress Creek has some very nice holes on it.
The course was in pretty good shape considering the amount of rain (17 inches) the course had two weeks ago. Some of the tee boxes need work, but overall not too bad.

Course conditions were good with the greens in great shape. Wish more golfers would repair divots and ball marks, but...
Busy course with carts coming in and going out at the same time. Starter in firm control of the situation and teaming people as they arrive.

A nice golf course
It is always very relaxing but demanding enough to visit this golf course. Definitely I will come again.
Interesting course
This course is a good bang for the buck although, as a first-time player, a GPS is extremely helpful here. There are a lot of over-the-water shots which is kind of tough with no past experience or GPS. I would return here but I have heard it gets quite wet during the rainy season.
A little overpriced for the conditions
The course was okay for a public course. Staff and starter was friendly and pace was ok although a little slow at points. The course was average condition although the rough was very thick and would swallow any shot off the fairway. Water features were nice and not too difficult to navigate. This course was renovated a few years back and the renovations have made the course much better.
There are some challenging holes on this course. Some because of their length and some because of the proximity of water to the green. The greens were a bit rough in a few spots but otherwise the course is worth playing.
poor greens
I only play this course once or twice a year, having said that each time I am disappointed. The course is never in good shape. The greens were marginal at best with most having areas that needed to be replaced. The fairways were full of weeds and not well maintained. This has been the case for years, the course is in meed of renovation.
Great value through GolfNow
Several greens had been recently aerated, but otherwise in good condition. Staff friendly, and course moderately challenging.
The course has loads of potential, needs some work.
The potential for a truly good course is there, needs some attention to bring up to speed.
Average, at best
The great greens they put in a couple of years ago are gone. More than one green needs repair. Maintenance must have been cut back because the greens are very slow and the rough is too long. If you play other courses in the area I doubt this will be one of your favorites. But if you just want an inexpensive round and find it here, it's worth a try.
Good Course for the GolfNow price
In the area on vacation and this was the first time playing the course. The staff was super great, especially the starter. The greens were good but a little slow, however, it had rain the night before. There are some short Par 4s, however, with water in play it makes you think before pulling out the driver.
